The pre-prep children have come to understand the meaning of this phrase as they explore our current learning habit 'collaboration'.

After initial discussions the children compiled a list of qualities they thought a person needed to be successful at working with other people. Amaan in Year 1 felt that 'respect' was most important, and the Kindergarten children felt that you had to be kind to one another. Year 2A set themselves the task of completing a huge 1000-piece puzzle depicting a patchwork of sweet-wrappers. This would be very difficult for a 7 year-old child to finish on their own but through teamwork and perseverance the children volunteered to work on the puzzle during their break-times and have completed it in a week.
