Understanding the year group for entry
The British Education system covers 14 years starting with Reception, then, Year 1 through to Year 13. Our junior schools take students through years 1 to year 6. Using your child’s date of birth, year group in their current school and current type of school/location, we can help identify the appropriate year group at Stephen Perse Cambridge.

The application process is completed online through our Admissions Portal. After creating an account, you can make an enquiry, complete an application, or book an event. If you have multiple children, they will all appear within your profile.

While we understand that it is not always possible, we warmly welcome all our students to assess on site. If it is not possible, our entry assessments can be taken while you are overseas. Our admissions team will send you the maths and English assessments which can be completed online.
After reviewing the results, your child may be invited for an online interview or a day in school.

Boarding places
We welcome students to board with us in Year 11, 12 and 13. Year 11 students join our 1-year iGCSE programme in the Senior School and Years 12 and 13 students are taking 2-year A level courses.
